Miscela Roma
The "Miscela Roma", a special blend perfected in the years between the two World Wars by patient selection and testing by the Meschini brothers, was the result of close business ties with one of the most renowned historical bars of the city, the "Bar Roma"; as was an entire line of coffee blends especially for bars, produced today using modern systems but honoring in all respects the original rules of roasting and blending formulas. Arcaffè's present brands are created following the same philosophy: faithful copies of the best blending formulas experimented by the firm in the course of its many years of qualified activity at the service of operators specialized in the restaurant/refreshment sector.
