It is said that the first coffee to arrive in Europe was unloaded, in Livorno to be precise, at the beginning of the seventeenth century, a merchant vesselís booty pirated from the Turks who were already making habitual use of it.
Today, Arcaffè is able to produce more than a million kgs of roasted coffee every year, distributed by an efficient network of agents. Coffee produced with the ease of experts, monitoring developments in modern production technology, with an eye to the consumer and to the market, while continuing to import only high grade coffee, to select blends of supreme quality and to scrupulously respect the original formulas.
